If it is determined that the user does not comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules announced on the hepaonline.com website, the user's use of hepaonline.com may be temporarily or permanently blocked and/or their account may be closed by hepaonline.com. The user cannot engage in actions that prevent or make it difficult for other users and visitors to use hepaonline.com, and cannot load automatic programs to strain or lock servers or databases, or engage in cheating attempts. In the event of doing so, they accept that their membership will be terminated and assume all legal and criminal responsibility arising from the situation.

The user cannot delete or remove Copyright, Trademark, and any Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works scope notes on any material copied or printed from hepaonline.com. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user through hepaonline.com, and a user who terminates their membership will have their site access authorization canceled, accepting that this process is irreversible.

The relations of site users with each other or with third parties are under their own responsibility. Special rules and obligations specific to specific sections may be specified in certain parts of the site, and individuals and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these specified rules in advance. The user accepts and undertakes that the payment information, such as credit card and GSM number details, that they will use in purchases made through the site is correct and that the legal and criminal liabilities arising from these belong to them.

However, the email address reported by the user to hepaonline.com is accepted as the email address to which any notices regarding this agreement will be sent. Unless the parties notify each other in writing of changes in their current emails within three days, requests made to old emails will be considered valid and deemed to have been made to them. Furthermore, any notification to be made by hepaonline.com using the user's registered email address will be deemed to have reached the user one day after the email is sent by hepaonline.com. The user declares, accepts, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted all the articles in this participation agreement and approved the accuracy of the information provided regarding themselves.
